These are solid boots. I use them to hike around the woods all year round with my husky. They are warm, water proof and allow me to blast through a thick forest, a shallow river and brambles with ease. I highly recommend.
Great boots. They are super comfortable and look good. I'm a thin woman, 5'4", 100 lbs, and even when they are a bit heavy, it doesn't bother me or affect me when walking. I like them a lot.
I bought these boots to replace an old pair, with neoprene uppers, that were always being torn, in the woodlot, by nettles, stick-tights and thorny bushes and, thus, often needed to be repaired (see photo). Neoprene boots are very common, now, but I decided I'd never get another pair for my particular needs. These new, all rubber boots are size 9. I wear size 9.5, wide shoes and leather boots, but that option isn't available for these TerraTrax. I was pleasantly surprised, when I tried these boots on; they are both comfortably wide and long enough for my feet, even with heavy, wool socks. Too, they are easy to put on and remove even with the buckles drawn fully closed. Indeed I will always leave the buckles full closed. I did find that the straps were too long and would likely catch on things in the underbrush, so I cut them and melted the edges with a soldering iron to prevent the straps from fraying (see photos).These TerraTrax are advertised as having mud-shedding soles (my old boots were great in that regard), but that remains to be seen. Also, their durability can't be judged as yet. They seem to be well made, but a few years must pass first. In any case, these boots will be used from early Spring until the snow flies and accumulates when, then, I switch to my insulated Winter pacs.

They feel amazing. Feel kinda tight but they are very comfortable I’ve had on for 30 min and still going with warm feet
Ive been wearing them everyday sinve I bought them and they are honestly great. Im super rough on my shoes so if these dont hold up ill update my review but already they are beimgnput through the paces and they are holding up great!
