Barefoot. I am very pleased with these boots. So much that I bought a second pair of a different color. They are extremely comfortable, light weight, great traction, warm, bottom half is waterproof and I love the price compared to traditional boots. I do not know if they are in fact making me healthier. Yet, I do not feel any negative health issues. I have only worn them a few months so I can not ascertain their durability. The size by measurement work fine for me. I am so sold on the barefoot design I have acquired a couple pair of barefoot shoes as well of a different brand, only because I did not find this brand in a shoe.

Comfortable, Perfect Fit
I have Plantar fascitis and wearing these shoes is helping a great deal because the flexible sole allows me to stretch and move my feet. I have lighter summer shoes from this brand but needed something warmer for winter. They are lightweight but as warm as a pair of sneakers. They have good traction. I normally wear women's size 8.5 and these are true to size. They look a bit nerdy like any barefoot shoe but it's a small price to pay for the improvement in my feet. If you are not used to wearing barefoot shoes, try wearing these only indoors at first and work your way up to wearing outside for longer walks. These don't have a lot of cushion in the bottom so I would not wear them on a rocky trail but I wear them to walk on easy trails in my local parks

Love Them
I've been trudging through 6 - 8 inches of snow in them for over a week and though the surface is wet nothing has soaked through. They're super comfortable. Take the size chart with a serious grain of salt. I'm a 10.5 extra wide. These are a 46, which converts to a US size 12, and they're snug. Great shoes otherwise.

Comfy, well made but not warm
I have become a believer in barefoot shoes. I started in the summer with a lightweight pair and wore them everywhere, even on longer hikes with the dog, maybe 2-4 miles at a time. My knees are too old and damaged to run so I walk every day to have some activity. It took a while to get used to the concept but over a couple weeks I noticed fewer aches and pains in my foot and knee joints. If you're new to minimalist footwear expect little to no padding and you WILL feel rocks, twigs etc. Relax, you'll get used to it. If you want cushy foam padding these are not for you.As fall turned to winter I wanted a warmer pair for my daily activities, so I bought these "winter" boots. Well, winter here can range from 30 degrees to well below zero. These boots are well made and comfortable but definitely not warm, even with quality wool socks. They are fine for above freezing temps but anything below 20 your feet will get cold. I would compare these to a nylon running shoe as far as warmth.So if you want a pair for "cool" temps these are great. If you need true winter footwear I'd look elsewhere. Value is 5 star but because they are advertised as winter footwear they only get 3 stars.

Super Cute Comfy Waterproof Boots
These boots are exact dupes for Hike Boots at a much lower price. They are waterproof as stated, comfortable, light weight and easy to take on and off. I wear them into work in the winter and even had to wear them an entire 8 1/2 hr. day while working (ICU nurse) when I accidentally left my work shoes in my car on a very cold day and was not willing to walk all the way back to my car to get my work shoes.I got them in a little bit bigger of a size so I could wear bulky socks underneath, so when I don't have bulky socks on, my feet slide a bit around inside. They are flexible but not as flexible as the Hike Barefoot shoes (or dupe shoes) because they have a heavier bottom on them.These boots are really cute and stylish. I get lots of compliments on them and have probably encouraged the sale of these boots at least 3 times. The are very well priced and I even noticed a great sale price on them recently when showing someone where to find them on Amazon.

Comfortable and Warm
