I ordered these for my 3rd grader and we both love them. I bought the harbor color in size 3.5. Fit was perfect (true to size) and the color is beautiful (but still masculine enough for my boy). They look and feel very well made. He wears them daily and so far they’re holding up better than under armour, nike, sketchers, or any other brand he’s worn in the past. Great for casual wear, phys ed class, playing outside, or casual hiking (we live in the mountains but only hike on the trails. Haven’t tested them in rough terrain or anything like that). Kid’s sneakers are expensive but I feel like we are definitely getting our money’s worth out of these sneakers.
I’m not sure why they make so many little kids shoes without grip on the bottom. My son calls these his “grippy shoes”. He was very happy to be able to climb the slide at the park-ha! As a little boy, he is hard on things and they held up and the bright blue looks sharp. We washed them several times. No issues. I ended up buying the next size up when he outgrew because we love them so much. Great quality!
My son tore through these within a month. They are comfortable, but not super durable. Shoes for kids should last longer
Good Product. I purchased 3 in a row for a 8-year boy. Very durable.
The quality and comfort are worth the price. I tend to look for sales, but even then they have stayed in tact until my kids have grown out of them.
It’s Merrell. Worth the spend every time, especially for the kiddos.
