My son loves these hiking boots. We have hiked in several national parks and probably over 50 plus miles in these and he still says they are super comfortable. They are waterproof, durable and fit true to size. The style is perfect for him as they are easy to get in and out of. Once he grows out of these I will definitely buy another pair.
These replaced some cheaper hiking boots that were about as waterproof as a sieve. These are great for New England hiking, with rocky trials crisscrossed by streams and mud and everything nature can throw at you. Excellent ankle support, were reported to be extremely comfortable by my 9 year old.
This is a great brand. They are made well and are durable. Amazon delivered quickly!
My 6 year old son loves these boots he wears them everywhere even school, he’s able to run and play in them no problem, he also wears them in the rain and his feet stay dry and the tread is very good he wasn’t sliding at all when hiking. And they’re true to size as well.

These are my son’s chosen shoes on the daily during the winter. They are great at keeping the snow and moisture out and also very durable. This is his umpteenth pair of Merrell’s and he could easily wear them multiple seasons if his feet were done growing.
Fit as expected. My son says they feel like having on a tennis shoe. So far they are holding up to the waterproof claim.
