Perfect heal sink. Great arch support. Instant Perfect fit. I wear a size 7 wide - female. I couldn’t find the shoe in my size so I switched over to big kid sizes and ordered the 5.5 wide. It fit me perfectly. This shoe will be the greatest hiking shoe I’ve ever had, and I also have elected to wear them at work because they feel so good. Great design!!
Pictures are of these shoes worn daily by my 5th grader for almost a year. He has worn them on multi-mile hikes and also uses them as snow boots! His feet stay dry at recess even when playing in the snow. Even with the wear they obviously now have, last month he wore them all day every day for a week at Disney and never complained about sore feet; plus his feet didn’t get wet on the rides or during the torrential rainstorm in the park. These are also the original shoelaces! As a mom of 3 boys who are hard on shoes, this shoe is a winner.
The shoes is awesome but it came used already with dirty foot, we returned this product!
Like that there is a loop for shoelaces to keep tongue in place.
The worst supposedly waterproof shoes I have seen yet. I am an advisor Merrell shoe person. Have had hundreds of pairs over the years for me, my wife, and kids. We bought this pair for my daughter upcoming multi-day field trip, since she will be hiking and unknown weather, trail conditions. She wore them one day to break in. Then next day she wore them outside after a good morning few. She came in after about a half hour of running in the back yard and I could ring her socks out they were so wet!!!!! Have already started the return process.
Great waterproof shoes for my daughter. They’re holding up exceptionally well and definitely worth the money. They’ll keep her feet nice and dry this winter!
We bought these for a trip to Costa Rica which involved a lot of hiking and walking. It survived rain and mud. My kid never complained about them being uncomfortable! If only they came in prettier colors...
