Merrell Shoes

regular fit is a bit too narrow. I ordered wide fit and they are more comfortable. I don't normally wear wide fit but needed it in these

Great shoes.

I love these shoes. I have a slightly wider foot so I get men shoes and these fit like a glove. Walked on the PNW beach on a stormy day, been through puddles, and hiking. Feet stayed dry, warm and comfy. They are nice looking, too.

Great Everyday shoe

I wore this model shoe for over 6 years, and I found they were well balanced for every day use. The soles protect you from most surfaces, but without being as stiff as the MOABs. Aside from the pull tab tearing off within 5 times of putting the shoe on (yes, EVERY pair had the tabs rip off), they are pretty durable. I got 18 months out of my last pair, with most of the damage caused by me forcing my foot in without untying first. Oh come on, you all do it, don't look at me like that. My dislikes are minor, but I'll list them anyway. The default laces are thin finger slicers, the stock insoles are a formless mush, and most of the color options are rather gaudy which seems to be the norm for hiking shoes. Since laces and insoles are easy to change, those are pretty small gripes.

Great blend of sneaker and hiking boot

A little snug at first, but broke in quickly. So far, so dry.

Great hiking and walking shoe

These Merrill shoes are great for hiking and walking, and they are really good looking too. They are very comfortable and well made, as all Merrill shoes are. Nice color combo and so easy on the feet.

Incredible Comfort

Have had them about a week so far and they are wonderful. Typical Merrell high quality. Perfect for wet walks or easy hikes. Doubles as general-purpose athletic shoe. So comfortable you can wear all day.

best shoe ever

Fit perfect right out of the box. Love the water prof aspect, although they were only water prof for about a year, but I do put some miles on them. Not my first pair and wont be my last.
