Great shoes, Lousy Price No Longer! Edited February 2025
This my 4th pair of the Agility Synthesis 2 model. Unfortunately the model has been discontinued, I guess the ones on Amazon are the last ones. I mostly run trails, intermediate terrain in the hills near Loma Linda CA. These just happen to fit my feet perfectly - size 9M. The toe box is generous, the heel is snug and very comfortable. The pattern of the lugs on the heel make for a very nice landing with each step. As an experiment, somewhat absurd and not advised, I ran 14 miles out of the box, literally. The first mile and the last 2-3 were on pavement, 10-11 miles were up and down trails often used by mountain bikers. No blisters, no hot spots, not even a sore spot on my feet. I bought them less than a month for $121, today they are $145!! I planned to buy two more pair for the future but not at that price. I trust no one is insane enough to buy these shoes at the current price. Edit: Price suddenly dropped after I posted this. I bought two pairs around $90. Now they are $56! $90 was a great discounted price. The current price is shocking. i may buy yet another pair, not sure yet. At $56 this shoe is unbelievable. I ran rim-to-rim at the Grand Canyon and ran rim to bottom and back up from both North and South rims in this shoe. With the current price this shoe is a 5-star all day and all night. (A 1-star before because of the outrageous price)
