I was concerned about being able to put these booties on without a side zip entry. I was relieved to find out that there is ample amount of stretch in elastic gussets to slide my foot in. There is ample room in the toe box, I have a bunion and this boot does not bother it at all. I does not have cushioning but provides a comfortable stable arch and foot support. I usually wear a size 7.5 with a B width. I sized up I/2 size for my bunion and wear with thin socks and there is ample room for me. I could wear with thick socks if I was able. This boot looks good with casual clothing I wear with black pants to church.

Comfortable with a level of dry and warmth
At first it felt lose around my ankle, but as I wore them- they proved to be comfortable and sturdier than thought. Love the tred and the style

These are a bit difficult to get on, however, maybe with a slippery sock it would be better. Due to the opening being so small, the shoe grabs your sock and pulls it while trying to get the shoe on. This results in your sock becoming extremely tight on your toes. I thought about using a trouser sock but then the opening of the shoe causes pain at the ankle because there’s no cushion between the shoe and your skin. I’m still trying to figure this out because, the one time I was able to wiggle my toes enough to loosen the sock, these were dang comfortable!

Love these!
I've seen the other reviews about being difficult to put on and pulling on the socks, which is understandable. I wear very thin no show socks and have zero issue. The back loop strap is very sturdy and makes it easier to pull to slide them on. It's not an easy slide on show, but I love how sturdy and durable these are while also being so comfy! I'm really happy with them!

Not leather and difficult to get foot in.
This is a cute shoe and comfy once it is on but cuts into ankle. They aren't leather and impossible to break in. Not to mention I returned them and 3 days later I haven't gotten my refund.
