So far so good
I bought these for my son who is going to work at an adventure camp for a year. They seem to be made of high quality products and are very sturdy for hiking. They are heavier than regular tennis shoes as one should expect from hiking shoes. My son has been wearing them to work to break them in and he is on his feet the whole time at work. He says they are comfortable and they have seemed to hold up well so far.

The shoe that is great for rocky trails and slick wet weather. All around dependable
Excellent toe box for people with larger or longer toes. Hard enough shank with good grip for rocky trails . Water proof and good grip on wet surfaces. Passed my tests in Iceland and Norway in late summer weather. Already logged 50 miles with 10 miles in the months before going to Europe. The important part to me was the toebox and hard arch support as walking in uneven rocky terrain is miserable without that. These shoes passed with flying colors. Laces also were quite durable and long enough so no fear there with daily tightening pulls. I would not say they are like walking on a cloud as these are meant for conquering trails not lounging around. I became very confident as I wore into my pair and will get another once I beat the soles down flat on theses

Love Merrills
Bought these for a trip to Norway. I suffer from peripheral neuropathy and wore these all day. Comfortable and good on wet surfaces, climbing rocks and trails and overall walking and hiking. They’ve held up well. They look sharp and prefer them to my Hokas. I wear a twelve and these were perfect fit for me. Decent toe room.

Strong and comfortable shoe
For me, the Merrell is a much better shoe than the Hokas. I have bought 3 styles of each, and found all of the M’s more comfortable … and better looking. They seem a little heavier, but tougher. I have one M pair that has made it through more horseshoe pitches than I think any of my Hokas would want me to test it through. And I just bought my 3rd M style to use for curling with my rubber grips. I am sure it will fit and work. The Hoka version did not work.

NOT a mens shoe
Cute shoe, but description was incorrect. Ordered a size 10, listing says Mens shoe but it is actually a womena shoe. Had to return obviously did not fit. Otherwise great auality shoe, ended up purchasing a mens version in a different color
