Bought a size 11 for my 4 year old son for our trip to a few national parks. We hiked about 5 miles each day for 5 days, and these did a nice job providing stability and grip during some more difficult hikes. He never complained about his feet hurting (he did complain his legs hurt from the longer hiking days). I was worried these would have to be broken in before we went, but luckily that wasn't an issue. I would purchase again!
Got these for my kiddo. She’s really into indoor gym obstacles and huge playgrounds so these were an absolute must. The color is great because when they get dirty, you don’t notice them so much. The grip is phenomenal, especially since she loves to climb so they’re tried and tested. We’ll definitely keep buying these or if not at least the same brand (Merell). They arrived on time so I really couldn’t ask for more!
Didn't last long the shoelaces broke and then we basically couldn't put in new laces because the loops were so little. Save your money and don't buy these.
My 7-year-old wears these on short hikes in Washington and Alaska. Good for muddy terrain. Comfortable enough for daily city and school wear.
Not sure if I got knock offs or what, but what I got was no where in quality that I'm used to with Merrell nor what is pictured. The image shows thick cords on the shoes. What I got was not that. The cords were super thin and the shoe looked cheaper overall with rough edges.
I had these in my cart for a while then decided to buy. Very glad I did! I hiked 42 miles with my students the first two weeks of owning these. Great shoes for smaller- adult feet!
My daughter doesn’t like to hike in boots but I also needed something sturdier than a plain tennis shoe. I found these and she loved them. We didn’t have to worry about laces coming undone and they were light and comfortable.
