I ordered my usual size and they are a little big but they still work. I have a different style that fits much better but that may just be me. They are of great quality and they are comfortable although a little stiff. The grip is fine for sandy trails but you'd be better off to go with a more aggressive tread if you are hiking more rocky and rough trails.

Short length lead to toe pain

I'm a bit disappointed with the sizing. I'm an exact size 10 with a pretty wide foot. The 10W's width was pretty wide, very comfortable, however, the toe box was too short. Since the shoe is stiff and hard as a rock, my toes pressing up against the tip made for a painful walk around my campus (I thankfully didn't even take these on a hike yet) after a half of a day of use.The design is adorable. It's comfortable, sturdy and wonderful besides this issue which I am begrudgingly writing this review on. I am sad to return these because these were the exact type of hiking shoe I have been searching for.
