Great shoes!

I never thought I could love neon yellow shoes so much, but they're great! I didn't actually buy them for running, so I can't comment on how they perform in that way, but I've worn them for long walks and bike rides and they're very comfortable (and I love not having to wear socks!). Super lightweight, and great arch support, too. I have another pair of Merrells in size 8 1/2, so took a risk ordering these in my regular size 8 (size 8 1/2 was sold out), but the fit is perfect - they hug my feet while still allowing wiggle room in the toes.

Good shoes.

Love these shoes. The colors are really bright and stand out well. The toe box is roomy...almost too roomy. They're extremely comfortable.

It's okay

Very beautiful my shoes to my wife loved. Only that we acquired in reference to the size of a shoe NIKE and did not match the sizes, they were too big. I totally recommend it.

Stellar

After having my son, my feet went up a half size to 10.5, which most shoe companies don't make for some reason (but Merrell does!). I had to replace all my shoes. I was tired of big, clunky sneakers which just make my already huge feet look even bigger, so I started searching for something different. Then I started reading about the minimalist shoe movement and came across these. While they are not a true barefoot shoe, I think they are a great place to start if you want to go in that general direction. I ordered them in blue and now I'm back for the Fuchsia! My first foray was a 25 minute walk around the block and I loved them. The second time I wore them it was for 8 straight hours doing the grocery shopping, doing other shoe and clothing shopping for my son, and just running errands. They were extremely comfortable and I already started getting compliments. I do not have problems with my feet getting overly sweaty in these, either. I wore them with plain old Hanes ankle socks and my feet were very comfy.I took the advice of other reviewers and went down a 1/2 size and ordered the 10. It fits perfectly. A 10.5 would be too big.On a side note, the laces are fantastic. They did not come untied once all day.

39 cent pair of flip flops would be more comfortable. I wish they were comfortable because the color ...

So uncomfortable that I had to give them away because I waited too long to return them. No support at all! It came with directions on how to walk in them! A .39 cent pair of flip flops would be more comfortable. I wish they were comfortable because the color was gorgeous and I loved the look.

Cardboard Shoes

The only thing I like about this shoe is the color and the shoe fits. After that, it's all downhill. Very cheaply made. Feels more like porous cardboard. No cushioning; unfortunately, the first day I wore them, I wound up on my feet a lot that day. My feet hurt so badly at the end of the day.

Fun Colors, But Not Much Padding

This is what Merrell calls their "Road Glove" running shoes! That means they're meant to be minimalist shoes,or "barefoot runners" so you can have more connection with the terrain. They're very light and a very narrowbottom. If you have foot problems, I wouldn't recommend these because there's not much support! But, like all Merrells, they're very well made and are cutting edge!
