Stylish, Comfortable, Great Support - and Adjustable!

These sandals solve any issues I have with balance or support. I'm older but want to present a stylish image and these look great. I get unsolicited compliments on them from strangers. I prefer them over athletic shoes and sometimes wear them with ankle socks around the house (hey, I'm from the 70's Birkenstock generation; what was cool once will come around again.) The best part is that you can easily adjust the tightness so if your feet ever swell, just loosen the straps.

Would be best for thicker/wider feet...straps too long for narrow/petite feet

I love Merrell shoes for my feet, but I was disappointed that these don't have the same arch support that I prefer. They are soft, however. But the biggest problem is the straps. The straps are made for feet much thicker than mine. I have to tighten them so much that they overlap the velcro too far and look a bit silly. I may try to stitch them since I accidentally overshot my return date by 3 days. Time goes so fast! I had the same problem with another version of the Merrell sandal. The flip flop style fits great, but the sandal is for feet much wider or thicker, so I had to return those even though the arch fits perfectly. Bummer!

Sad...

Wanted to love these but the heel strap is way too low. The color was great, they're very squishy when you walk on them and have nice treads. True to size and the straps are adjustable which is nice cause I have very narrow feet. I'm a little sad I have to return them.

Loooong Straps

I really love Merrill’s . I bought this pair hoping to replace my last pair. I put them on , they felt very comfortable until I went to tighten the top. It would have been ok if the strap wasn’t so long.I’m a medium width. But these straps were not going to tighten enough to fit my toes.Had to send them back.
