They're comfortable, true to fit. Merrell is my go-to brand, and these don't disappoint. Comfort is #1, that look great, fit great, are warm, the soles have great traction. They're perfect everyday boots for my purposes of running errands, etc. I've had these for about three years and they're still in great condition. These are not my first Merrell-brand. I still have Merrell work shoes 10-12 years old that have taken a beating and are still in use!Just a note: these boots are pull-on only., and there is a strong tug required. There is no adjustable opening, so if you have dexterity issues these would be very difficult to get into. They pull on hard, and fit comfortably to wear-not too tight, not too loose, and they're easier to get off than on.

I loved these boots!
If only I could have gotten them on my feet. Over the past year my feet and lower legs have been swelling up some, so I have to wear compression socks. I couldn't even get my feet into these boots having worn compression sock regularly!The look is cute-even more so than in the photo, but if you can't get them on, these boots are worthless.I have other Merrell boots, and have about worn them out-and they are comfortable. Merrell is a great company and they make a quality product! But these boots weren't designed with people like me in mind.So, yes. I'd recommend these boots. Just be aware that the top opening is tight and you may have to return them for another style which may not be as attractive.

I should have listened to other reviewers. I’m a standard 8.5 Medium, and these boots are way to difficult to get on. The quality is good, but I had to return.

Good Boot in Snow and Slushy Wet Weather
I'm very happy with these boots. No wear after 3 months in cold, wet, slush and snow in Maine. I wear a 10-10.5 depending on the brand and so went for 10.5 to leave roome for winter socks and its a good fit. I've worn them every bad weather day for work and dog walks, about 12,000 steps daily. They are warm, waterproof and very comfortable on roads and trails and not bulky to drive with. I like that they are light weight and the treads are good in snow. I've had to stand around in them a few times and they don't hold the heat like an arctic muck boot, but if you're on the go they work well.

Could be nice boots, terrible service
The boots were nice enough but didn't work for me. I sent the boots back using the provided UPS label. Tracked the boots, they were received 5 days later. It's now a week after they've been received, I'm on hold on my third phone call, no email confirming boots received, no refund, no credit on my card. Each person I talk to gives me reassurance and info that I will see a refund the next day...nothing. The person I just spoke with said I should see 9 days from today. This is absolutely poor customer service.
