You will not be disappointed!!!!

Let me tell you! Quite possibly the best work shoe I've ever purchased. My job requires me to have safety toe shoes. I've always go with composite toe instead of steel toe because they can be so heavy. This pair is comfortable right out of the box. Minimal breaking in required. I deal with a lot of adverse weather and these shoes stayed dry inside all day when I was in some some heavy rain and mud. I have had some good work shoes in the past but these are definitely the best. And I need to be comfortable with my size 13's and these do the job. Now I just need to get some more of these in different colors. Great material, good support and excellent waterproofing and slip resistance.

Nice shoes!

These shoes are comfortable and fit well. They will be put to the true test to see how durable they are when I wear them to work everyday. They look like they are made well and should last.

Solid but heavy

Merrill makes a good quality shoe. These particular shoes are true work shoes in that they have a hard toe and are heavy. Too much so for me. The fit was at least 1/2 size bigger that I expected. I ordered my size and they were much too big. If you are looking for a solid work shoe this might work for you just be mindful they run big.

Great shoe for work. Very comfortable right out of box and brand new.

Great shoe. Little heavier than standard Moab version which I also own due to composite toe I imagine but expected. Feels broken in right out of the box brand new. Breathes well and easy on shoe with laces tied already. I replaced shoe strings with no tie laces. Recommend highly to anyone looking for a comfortable shoe with composite toe.

Decent work shoe, BUT water leaks through after 6 months

I bought these for my hubby who is an HVAC technician, he was always having problems with his feet getting soaked in puddles or mud when he worked on the outdoor units. They are heavy so be prepared for that but my husband wore them fine. However, I’m disappointed to say one of the shoes is now letting water in. He had been buying $20 shoes from Walmart every 3 months prior, so I was hoping these would last us longer than 6 months for $140.

Merrell Men's Moab 2

I'm one week in since I received my size 14 boots. Breaking then in was mild. The shoe is a bit tight on the sides which is good for me since I work standing and doing a lot of walking. It keep my long slim foot in place. My previous Keen's had a little too much wiggle room. They caused major calluses to form. The Merrell's have a snuggier feel from the get go. It's the first work boot I've had in a while that's been easy on my feet during the breaking in period. Much better than the Keen's and a world better than the Nautilus boots. The sole is high. It'll give you a major height increase. At least 1 1/2". I'm 6'2" barefoot. The boots have me at almost 6'4". I must say though I rely on the addition of Dr. Scholl's CF 440 inserts. I have super flat feet. I'll try to remember to give a six month update.

Not comfortable and supportive like the hiking shoe!

Usually I’m a big fan of Merrill, I have multiple pairs of there hiking shoes, in particular there Moab line. I use them regularly on the job site. So when I seen this work shoe by Merrill, I was excited. They arrived timely and they felt comfortable enough for a work shoe initially. However a few weeks in and my feet are now paining me! There is a very thin inset for cushion and under that is a hard sole. Very disappointed in the overall comfort of these work shoes. Not at all like the Merrill hiking shoes I have. I will still but there hiking shoes for work, but I’ll stay away from these work shoes. Definitely not for a carpenter who is on his feet all day.
