The most disappointing pair of boots I ever ordered. Do not buy.
There was so much wrong with these boots. I would give them negative stars if I could, I’m SO disappointed. First, they’re not true to size— several sizes too LARGE. I bought my size and I slide from the heel to the toe with my whole foot off the heel. That’s the second thing: -0% arch support. There is no LEDGE for your heel OR an arch for your foot, it’s just a downward slope so you’re constantly holding yourself up by your tip-toes cause if you put your weight on your heels, you slide into the front of the shoe. Third: they look extra cheap compared to the photo. 4th: they’re f***ing fur-lined! I spent hours trying to find the right pair of boots that I could wear during winter or summer (I live in California, I don’t need fur-lined boots!)… no where anywhere did I see that these were lined with fur. Way too hot for summer, so they’d strictly be winter boots (if I could even wear them). 5: the heel almost came off when taking the shoe off my foot. 6: whoever laced these has never sold shoes a day in their life. They came all sorts of tangled and messed up. Had to pull the laces out and redo them. Feels almost like they tried them on before sending them to me or didn’t check them after someone else sent them back. 7: the packaging was AWFUL. They were just wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a gray Amazon bag, so they took who knows what kind of beating on the way here. They’re being sent back ASAP. I wish I never spent my money on them. Terrible boots all around.
