Very nice bootie

Well, I haven't heard THAT in awhile!Anyway, this is a very nice, warm bootie. I needed something that came up over the tops of my feet and this does the job perfectly. I've had them for about six weeks now and the fluffy stuff on the inside is getting a little beat down from constant wear but I could hardly expect any less - I did not purchase a Tempurpedic mattress afterall! The only downside to these boots is that they don't come in half-sizes. I wear a 7.5 in regular Minnetonka slip-on moccasins, and rather than be too cramped in a 7, I went up a size to an 8 since I do tend to go UP to an 8 if a 7.5 doesn't fit in other brands. The booties fit, but they are a little "slippery" now and then, leaving about an 1" of room in front of my toes, but only about 1/4" in front of my big toe. So, from my big toe's perspective, they fit, but they are a bit big according to the rest of my foot.My advice: size up. Or have a really good shoe stretcher (but then you'd smoosh the fleece - just size up!).Great house shoes!

Cute, and for a decent price!

Really cute slippers! I've had them for a few weeks and they have held up well. They are warm and I think they will be good for both fall and winter. The only issue with them is the color. From the product photo I thought they would be more of a dusty mocha brown. In reality they are very dark brown. This color is beautiful and I love it, but I was a bit disappointed they were not quite as pictured. Also, the faux fur has clumped up quickly and looks a bit junky (after only a few weeks of wear).Besides those two issues, these slippers are what you expect for 50 bucks. If you don't want to break the bank but want good quality indoor shoes, these are worth it.

Questionable

*UPDATE**After one day of wearing these, they were still tight as hell, and the leather lace broke on one. I returned them, and ordered a new pair that arrived today. So far they feel good, but I had to order an entire size and a half up. I'm normally a 7.5, and had to get a 9 in order for them to feel comfortable. A whole size and a half up? That's crazy to me. If I have issues with this pair I will never purchase Minnetonkas again. *I've been wearing Minnetonka for over a decade now and am very familiar with the brand. This is the first time I have been concerned with their product. The soles show a lot of glue marks around the seams, there are loose bits of fur around the edges, and they are tighter than any other pair I've had. Overall, they seem a bit sloppy compared to what I'm used to. I am aware that like Birkenstocks, Minnetonkas have a break in period. I have been wearing them all day, and while they have stretched out and become slightly more comfortable I have never had a pair start out this tight before. I have concerns that even though it is a Minnetonka shop through Amazon, that maybe these are not legit Minnetonkas. I'm going to keep them for the next week, and if I notice any more issues with them I will be making a return.
