Great shoes for such a low price. Love the versatility of these and the fact that I don't have to worry about ruining em. The quality is there and its lasted me several wears so far with no issues at all. Doesn't smell or anything crazy like that. I'm tempted to get several pairs before they disappear.

I wore these around San Diego after work during a business trip. They paired well with casual slacks and a camp shirt as I wandered around the gas lamp and little Italy districts after work.They have zero footbed softness; after all they're just rope and canvas with a rubber sole.These are best suites to off-concrete travel. Think backyard party or relaxing with friends and drinks outside someplace sunny.I have tough feet so I put two miles a day on them in the city but I know that won't be possible for people used to plush shoes.
So so quality, it should be lower price for what it is. It is ok but not for this price. It is not comfortable not uncomfortable. It does not have arch support it is plain.
Espadrilles are meant to be rustic, casual, simple. I always think of them as last minute, drug/dollar store buys. Not meant to be high end, though some luxury brands try to market them as such. If you're looking for Louis Vuitton, look elsewhere. That said, these deliver on summer beach footwear. They have a rubberized sole, so they block out a little bit of moisture. The insole is rustic woven grass material. It has no cushioning, so if you plan to walk long distances, you might want to add some. I'm a size 8 and these fit perfect barefoot. The (sale) price was right to last for a season or two of vacation walking. Note, I bought the 'weave white' and it's really more of a cream.
