Unique baseball cleats
These are different than any baseball cleats I've ever used. The actual shoe is partially mesh like a runner's shoe, making it very noticeably lighter than other cleats I've used. It could potentially be an issue if someone put their cleat down on the mesh part since I don't think it would be as protective as regular leather, but it's a trade in. Another plus with the mesh is that when it starts getting hot, your feet will stay a little cooler compared to an all leather cleat.Another interesting difference with this cleat compared to other baseball cleats is the shape of the metal spike. With most spikes you have a flat piece of metal that gets slightly sharper at the tips. With these cleats the tips are double pronged to dig in the soil more efficiently. That can make a difference on certain types of soil.Overall, I would say the shoes are ideal if you want to increase your speed in the field, but not nessarily ideal for pitching based on the positioning of the cleats and the material around the toe. They are a comfortable fit and well made.

No Break-In time needed!
People avoid metal spikes. I have had a broken foot and it is still on the tender side. These were a bit costly, but I only have two feet. Well worth it, and since getting them, I have gotten on base every at bat. I play on a synthetic turf field soon, and really wonder how they will perform. Also, my feet are a triple wide> and Mizuno cleats seem to accommodate them easier than any other. Only Mizuno cleats for this guy!

Amazingly comfortable!
I play in two over 40 baseball leagues and also play in tournaments. I bought these cleats at the beginning of 2013 and have played over 140 games in two years. These cleats are amazing and very comfortable. They might be a bit pricey but well worth it. In the past my Nike cleats would start falling apart after 30-35 games. I play outfield and steal bases so when I'm wearing cleats I wear them hard.
