Very comfortable and light weighted. I’m a 6.2” 250-260lbs type of guy. Mizuno Waves have been my running shoes to go to for a long time and let me tell you they have done it again with this one. 100% recommended.

I am loving these shoes. I am trying to get back into running and find a shoe that is comfortable for me to run longer distances with both heel issues and a neuroma in my second toe. These so far have been great. I only got a couple runs in before the snow started but these provide lots of cushion and support. I ordered size 10.5. Normally wear either a 10.5 or 11 but wanter these to feel a little more supportive and they are exactlybhow I wanted them. Not tight but comfortably snug. They have a decent width as well as in normally try to find Wide size shoes but haven't had issues with being too narrow.
