I have the previous version as well- Wave Rebellion. I am very pleasantly surprised that this new Wave Rebellion Flash fits better, feel lighter and bouncier, and the thong is shorter. As with my other Mizunos I bought 1/2 a size up and the fit is perfect!Highly recommend for anyone who never had Mizuno shoes before to give them a tray!
They are unbelievably good!I can’t explain. I have Adidas, Nike, New Balance and Brooks, but this pair of running shoes is my favorite right now.
Looks and feels very cheap. Uncomfortable. Plan to return them.
Very lightweight shoe. My 2 issues: One is that the back heal causes blisters but if I wear higher socks I am fine. The other is that the inside sole doesn’t remove so I could not take it out to put in my orthotics. Otherwise it’s a great training running shoe that feels as light as wearing flats on race day.
Very comfortable shoe, the colors are vibrant, just as depicted.
The shoe itself is cute and lightweight. I am a heel striker and Mizuno has been my go to for walking and running. I took a break and wore Adidas for a bit. I decided to go back to Mizuno because of heel pain. These work for that, but even 1/2 size up doesn’t feel quite right in the toe area. These were painful my first time out. They feel harder on my feet overall.
