Purchased for my wife as back up to first pair purchased earlier. She claims that support is excellent and loves the light weight of the shoes. They are well constructed with quality materials. Soles appear to be long wearing as her first pair has lasted for over 5 months of constant running over 10K daily.
These have been used lol. Why are these described as brand new?
Great for mid-foot strikers, but it‘s rigidity makes it difficult to run with my natural forefoot strike. I love the thin canvas over the foot. I would love this shoe if the rock was further forwards (I’m holding out hope for the wave duel)
My wife absolutely loves these shoes. She is not an avid runner or anything of the sort, but we have had the same pair of Hokas for her for a while and it is about time for her to get a new set. When I saw these she figured she would give them a try. This style is certainly unique as it forces the drop of your foot during running. If you are an avid runner and have your own style of shoes that you already prefer, you probably would not like this as it is so extremely different from anything else you may have used in the past (also, these are pretty expensive to get just to try out a new style). Some of the benefits of these are they help you to have proper "Form" when running, as they force you to land heel toe so your whole leg takes the brunt of the impact rather than just your knees if you land in different positions. There is a strong level of cushion in these shoes too which is very nice! My wife does not have a large amount of run time in them, yet, but I will update this review if she ends up having issues with them. All in all, these are high quality shoes, but the price may be a bit hard to justify.
Unfortunately, I can’t provide a review of these awesome looking sneakers, as they were lost in shipping with no replacements available. Still waiting on a confirmation of “refund” email from Amazon, a day later.
yes, they're lightweight, but I didn't like the weird way the sole rolled. Not for me.
