Knit Style So Comfy
I wear Mizuno due to my flat feet. This is an excellent shoe - fits perfectly and very light and springy on my feet. Love the knit style and color - I chose Peacock Blue with the Fiery Coral heel. Many compliments on these shoes. Great for walking dog and the gym.

Love the wave knit
Great shoes, comfortable out of the box. Put them on ran 4 miles and feet felt great. I usually buy running shoes one size larger than my every day shoes. They fit great and I love the black/blue color.

Great running shoe, toe box is smaller than the regular Wave Riders
I have been running in Mizuno Wave Riders for years. They are my go to running shoe. The knit intrigued me, so I wanted to try it out. This shoe is bouncy and sturdy, just like a regular wave rider, however because of the knit, the toe box is not as roomy. I always order running shoes a size up from my regular shoe size (which I also did for these), and my big toe touches the side of the shoe, which I do not have with the regular wave riders in the same size. That being said, I have taken these shoes for a spin a few times for short distances (3-4 miles), and have not had any problems. I look forward to trying out longer distance.

Love
So I bought my 1st pair years ago at a shoe store during a work trip in Chicago. Needed running shoes found this name brand on sale (WAVE Sayonara) so O go thru running shoes after 300-500 miles for runner no good anymore. I give to my sister (nurse) she just walks in them and tells me they are still use for them. The (WAVE Sayonara) Became my favorite after my discontinue New Bal. 340 (light spike looking road running shoe) Well this is hard to find new ones come out. Love this shoe. I have to have anything light for running. I hate heavy running shoes. So this is close to my WAVE sayonara.Happy to find.

Best Mizuno to Date - So Comfortable!
I have been an avid Mizuno purchaser since trying on a pair years time ago. I purchased the Mizuno Wave Rider 18 and they were heaven sent! After a couple of years, when the shoes had a blow-out and were not suitable for running anymore, they became my yard working shoes. After reading the reviews on the next generation, I decided to purchase the Mizuno Wave Creation 20 - HORRIBLE DECISION! These were hard, tight, and hurt my feet - even though the reviews were all good. Fast forward one year and I have now moved these (expensive and uncomfortable) shoes to my yard shoes and ordered the Mizuno Women's Wave Rider 22 Knit Running Shoe - all the reviews were spot-on. These are like pillows on my feet and worth every penny. They reminded me of the original Wave Rider 18's I had purchased. I did listen to the reviews and went a half size up - a good choice (From 7 to 7.5). I recommend these to anyone looking for comfort when running/working out and just something to run around in.

Excellent running shoe
I buy Mizuno running shoese every 3 months. They always fit great and offer excellent stability. The Wave 22 knit is also the most comfortable I have owned. It's important to remember the run small. My foot size is 5 but I buy a size 6 Mizuno.

My favorite athletic shoe
I love these shoes! I wear a true size 6, but a size 7 in this brand is truly perfect if you wear good socks. Most comfortable for my type foot ever. I have a small foot with long toes and a high arch. I am a petite person (5’1”) with low weight, but when I run/walk, I push my toes forward, so need extra room in toe box. These are perfect.
