Great Shoes

First, I did return these shoes, but not because they are not of great quality. I had a pair that was worn out, and because I wanted another pair just like them, I bought a pair a half size smaller because I could not get the size the original pair was. That just did not work. I wish I could find these in my size because they are the most comfortable shoes to wear if you have a navicular accessory bone.

The shoes are comfortable but the tread is slippery

I lime the shoe, it is comfortable and light weight and nice for running however, the soles become slippery very easily and case my feet to slip so much so that I fell from my foot sliding out from underneath me. The running path was damp and does tend to be slippery when wet but that was the first time that I fell. I am unsure how much of it was the shoe and how much of it was carelessness on my part but I did feel like the sole of the shoe was partly to blame. I will think twice before wearing those shoes on that path again and they may just be my indoor shoes.

Just bought my third pair!

These are a great pair of neutral running shoes. The toe box is roomier than most, which my toes appreciate. Just the right amount of cushioning without the stiffness.I switched to sky knit 3 after running in the wave rider for a couple of years. The wave sky knit 3 has a smoother and bouncer ride than the wave rider. Mizuno's do run small, you need to go up a 1\2 size.

They feel great--wish the mileage was longer

I'm training for a marathon right now so I bought a pair of these around the end of June at a running store along with my usual shoe (Asics), then repeated the purchase on Amazon in September in anticipation for a 21-mile run. These are the first Mizunos I've ever purchased, so I'm not sure if they are just not meant for lots of mileage, or perhaps I'm a baby. I noticed with both pairs around the 150-200 mile mark my back and legs started hurting (that's an indication that the shoes are blown). I generally switch shoes out when that happens. It all depends on the brand, but this is the first company I've noticed such low mileage for cushion failure. I still have a pair of Asics that I'm using now that this second pair of Mizunos are shot. Oddly, I'm still going to buy another pair of Mizunos for race day because they are hands down the most comfortable shoe I've worn in years, and when they are not shot, I have no pain or soreness anywhere. It really does feel like you're running on clouds. In June I had a sharp pain in my foot below my great toe--probably a Sesamoid injury. This occurred while running in Asics on a long run. The Mizuno's were ideal for healing because the cushioning was perfect up by the ball of the foot and was just more gentle overall. I felt that they were pretty true to size, and I have not experienced what some of the other reviewers are saying (sole or shoe disintegration/breakage). I wish for the price point they would tolerate more mileage. I'm not a heavy person 5'4" and 120lbs.

AMAZING - Muzino Rocks AGAIN

Cannot say enough good things-- I run on the outside of my foot and this balances my gait and establishes my stride better. For narrow feet with a narrow heel area- these are perfection. THe right foot was stretched out more so was not sure if someone returned them but the left was tight and snug they do not weigh even a lb! LOVE THEM!

Excellent running shoe

I was wearing Brooks Ghosts but the last 2 pair didn't fit the same. I have a size 6 wide foot and get plantar fasciitis pain if I don't keep up w rollering my foot. I got these shoes based on reviews. Wearing these shoes and a medium profile arch support has been a game changer. Foot pain is a non-issue. They are so comfortable. My feet feel secure and supported. Highly, highly recommend.
