I purchased these to have a different color. I own a white pair and wanted some that I could wear daily with anything. They are comfortable, light, durable, and the support is top tier. They fit just as needed.I was told by an associate at the Dick Ponds run store to size up because your feet swells when running so give yourself some room.
I love Mizuno running shoes. These are my favorite because my feet pronate and these stop that from happening. This means less or no backaches' after walking.
These sneakers are the perfect fit for a high arch. I went to a running store and was fitted for them and needed a new pair and they are still perfect perfection.
My last pair of mizuno was more comfortable.
Great shoe for anyone who deals with low ankle bones. Most running/walking shoes are cut too high for me with my ankles rubbing against the side of the shoe.Also. Mixups offer great support and balance.
I have been walking and running in Mizuno shoes for more than 10 years. I take them out of the box and go. Perfect size fit. I like the various colorations. It is not the fanciest shoe, but reliable and comfortable.
Why did shoe companies start making running shoes so ugly in recent years? This is one that still looks like a running shoe, to me, and not some kind of platform shoe with a weird structure. The support is good, and doesn't cause me to pronate or supinate. (My gait is normally neutral.)I have tried older versions of this sneaker; I think this is my 3rd pair. Maybe 4th. They've all lasted as long as I would expect a shoe to last, so I'd say they are quite durable. I love that I can always find them in black with a white sole, as I like to wear them casually as well as for running and walking.I wear a size 9 street shoe, and a 9.5 in these shoes. I used to wear a 10 in Asics, but then they decided to copy Hoka and make ugly weird-feeling shoes. That's when I found Mizuno. I'm definitely a half size smaller in this as compared to Asics.
