It's little over two weeks since I received my Mozo. I wear it twice now and observe a breach of it's integrity as shown in the picture however I love these shoes they are safe and looks good also comfortable. For me the insole could be softer or more comfortable given we Chef stand and walk while working long hours I find it a bit hard on the feet after 4 to 5 hours, maybe my feet is yet to adopt to the feel of it. I love the look and it's safe, to add I also love the vents on the side. They also fit perfectly. As for money value they do worth it, I just feel a little unlucky that mine is factory faulted, I would love a replacement. The arch support is comfy however a little taller l than I would love, just a little too tall.

Love at first sight and even better using them
Recently I started working part-time in a fast foodie for experience while I slow-walk my idea to open my own totally different restaurant. Every shoe I wore, whether tile or whatever flooring in that place, had me ice skating from grease, oil, water, or in-between. Ice skating is not in my skillset. I don’t wear clogs or crocs but I love wearing hiking boots, terrain, river, equestrian, working, or outdoors footwear. If I can find anti-slip shoes that aren’t priced like collectible sneakers and are more stylish than what looks like backyard gardening shoes then I’m happy. MOZO or Shoes for Crews is the answer. I love these shoes.I’m also happy to find a USA work shoe manufacturer who thinks like me. But don’t answer the phone or reply to email and certified return delivery to their address won’t cost me a fortune. MOZO promises to stand behind the quality of their shoes and I believe them. These short boots look good, fit good, and wear comfortably. They perform great. Water resistant, washable real leather looking uppers with natural rubber soles. Sorry but lots of OEMs call stuff leather. The seats in my car are not what I call real leather. I’m sure their definition comes approved by lawyers. Anyhow, within 3 minutes of switching into my new work shoes everyone started asking about them. I was an instant shoe model. Best of all, I had traction on the floors.Last night I stepped on grilled cheese while I heard a co-worker say “well, it is a food place.” To which I replied “not on the floor!” While I rushed to remove that hot cheese before it hardened, I still had traction and silently thanked MOZO for including their tool to clean between the grooves of my shoes. Another time, my feet and socks stayed dry while water splashed from a ridiculous high pressure hose I had to use “according to policy.” 15 minutes later, I was walking in 40-degree weather. Dry was really important. This proves MOZO knows from experience what it’s like to work in food places. My recommendation is to “buy MOZO for the bozos.” In other words, think about the mishaps caused by others that affect your safety.

Kitchen Shoe
I work as a cook in a restaurant and needed something better than my normal sneakers which were killing me at the end of the day. Sturdy, non-slip, cushioned, basically everything I needed for work. Not really good for sports, although they look like skateboarding or basketball shoes, but they are hella good for a restaurant or service industry job esp if you’re not into crocs.Edit: these wore out in like two months, the glue holding the sole on, so I'm dropping a star. Keep them at work and change when you get there. Might as well get crocs.

MOZO used to be great quality
shoes falling apart on the interior. laces snapped after a few months of wear. my old mozo shoes lasted for years and i doubt these will make it a full year. ive had them since roughly january of last year and im already looking for new work shoes. for the cost they should definitely last a lot longer and be much more comfortable. they sadly missed the mark with these and i feel like the company has changed hands in the last few years causing this quality issue to surface.Update: shoes continued to deteriorate at an unusually fast rate. Inside of shoes are tearing apart and ending up causing me to have to dump them out like I have rocks in my shoes everytime I wear them. Updated to 1 star review after the initial 2 star review i gave it. Do not waste your money.

Durable comfortable
My favorite shoes. I have Nike running shoes, I have lakai’s… trail runners. I think that’s how we spell it. I have great boots, and I love Birkenstocks… These, mozos. These, I’m writing about now. Well, I got them because I’m a bartender and I prefer not to slip on liquids. The shoes taunt me. When it’s time to go out, they cry that they are better than what sneakers I was considering. My dress shoes are nice too. When you aren’t wearing dress shoes, you want these. I waited three or so months to write this just to be sure. Don’t stop wearing your “cool” shoes. But when you need the real deal, not boots, not trainers, street shoes or working shoes, this I what I choose.
