I love these boots. I have worn them for several years now. Some of the upper material is beginning to tear as I have thrashed through brush and blackberries. I actually hike in difficult terrain with them during wet times of year and even just dewy damp times of year when the grass is wet. The key is to have the size fit just right for this kind of use. Wonderful boots. And in winter when in snow, my feet stay warm and comfortable.
I purchased these boots for my husband for the very cold PA winters. I searched for reviews on the fitting of this boot. i guess women are a little more descriptive in reviews than men, so i am letting other wives know these boots fit true to size with room enough to wear heavy socks if needed. My husband just wears ankle socks with his and his feet stay dry and warm. highly recommended and my husband says these are the most comfortable boots he has ever worn. . Great for plowing snow, shoveling cow manure or working out on a rainy day.
These MuckBoots that I just received are excellent!!!!/ I have worn regular MuckBoots for about 15 years and I finally wore a leak in them. So this winter we are experiencing a lot of snow and ice and my husband check on the MuckBoot through Amazon and found these tall Arctic boots and decided to order them. WoW, am I glad I did. My feet are dry again and these boots are super warm!!! We've been experiencing 8 degrees below zero plus lots of snow and these boots are the best!! We have horses and wearing these in the corral and pasture during these nasty days have been a life saver. I also wear YakTracs on these boots because the ice we've been having is making it to hard to walk when cleaning up the corral. Thanks again for saving my feet!!
Very cozy boots with a good footing. These will keep you warm and dry. In warmer temps you can overheat a little - which other reviewers have also experienced - so keep in mind the temperature. But for cold rain and mud these are the best. I’m 5-10 and these come to just below my knees. The neoprene upper part folds down to make it easier to get into the boots without wrinkling your pants (very useful for me since I am dressed for work, sometimes in a suit, when I take the dog out in the dog run before leaving for work). Have not tested in snow yet but am optimistic they’ll be useful.
These muck boots are great. I ordered them for my husband. His first pair of Muck boots lasted about 8 yrs.I wanted to mention that these boots ( Arctic sport ) has two sets of insoles in them. They are removable. The second pair makes the boots even warmer and more snug. Feet will make an imprint inside and make the boot even more comfy.The price for these boots is great and they are really awesome for winter.
The boots arrived right on time. I bought the boots to go pheasant hunting since it was more wet than normal. I used them the first day and walked five plus miles and my feet felt great. I went into some deeper water and the boots kept my feet/upper leg dry all the way up to the top of the boot (which I was worried about.) I wore two pairs of socks and my feet stayed warm. They were not sweating nor uncomfortable. I would definitely buy another pair.
Husband wanted me to order these since it’s been raining at his job site and there’s a lot of mud/ wet dirt.. durable and waterproof
