The only boots that I will buy
As a gold prospector, I spend a lot of time in the water. I have tried less expensive knock offs but I went back to this brand because they do not leak and are of better quality. Really, the best boot out there to keep your feet toasty (but not too hot!) and dry out in the elements. The only time that I had to buy new boots was because I ripped a hole in my first pair of Muck Boots while walking through the woods. They are very durable but this was a very sharp stick that probably no boot would have withstood. I still kept that pair to wear around the farm when I wasn't going to be in the water. I very much recommend these boots and the fit is accurate. Just pay the extra money and get something that works and will last--this is the brand that you want!

I purchased these for my husband. Not only was the price much more reasonable that we could get locally, he was very pleased to have the top of the boot have an adjustable opening which allows him to get his pant leg into the boot easily. He has worn them most of the winter and has no complaints with the fit or comfort. I like that they do not have a ripple in the sides or a hole in them yet!

Great boot! Happy with my purchase. I'm a salesman at a dealership and I use to wear around clunky boots I had owned for 5+yrs and my feet would be killing me after. The way these Mucks fit leave me with less then half the fatigue after cleaning off cars for 8+hrs. Plus entended time outside in the woods given most activities my feet stay warm and dry. Tread lightly on ice, these are not great when directly on ice.

LOVE these boots, not as warm as Arctic Pros, and that's what I was after
Because these boots are waterproof... breathability is low. Your feet are going to sweat in them. It's just an eventuality. I find myself sometimes slipping these on just to run outside, and the fact that they have less insulation in them than other models means I'm not sweating buckets by the time I take them off.
