Daughter loves them.

These were a gift. My adult daughter loves them and they do not leak. They keep her feet warm in winter and she wears them occasionally when it's not winter (due to no other boots available). They fit well and seem to be well made.

Comfort and Protection

I knew these were great boots, but I didn't expect them to be this comfortable. I love how easy they are to slip on and off, and being able to fold them down to basically half size makes them seem like two great pairs of boots. Great in the mud, and will be helpful when we go metal detecting by the lake and ocean, and I'm sure these boots are going fishing at some point, too. Definitely recommend.

Great for city life, too

The winter of 2014 has finally persuaded me of the need for waterproof boots, but I wanted a pair I could a) wear in both snow and rain and b) get into easily when I have to take the dog out for her late night and early morning trips outside. These slip-on boots fit the bill- warm enough for winter, but comfortable in thin socks on warmer days and easy to put on. Great, nice thick treads so I feel secure following my dog over packed ice and up muddy park hills and absolutely waterproof so I don't have to leap over puddles when pushing my preschooler in the stroller. With skinny jeans I even don't look like too much of a dork wearing them. ;)Thanks to other reviewers here who noted that the boot (which comes only in whole sizes) runs large; I am a half-size and so ordered down, rather than up, as I usually would. The fit is perfect, even on my wide feet.

Perfect height, fit and love the thick sole for walking over sticks & rocks

I live on 8 wooded acres and tromp around with my dog 4-6 times per day. We are currently melting down from a 2-3 foot snowpack some of which I made trails on snowshoes. Temps above freezing daytime, below at night so I'm walking on frozen uneven snow, slushy snow, wet ground with rocks and sticks. Plus an icy driveway that is 175 yards long. All while controlling and training a 1 year old dog. I am SO happy with these boots. I ordered my normal size 9 and can fit my medium-wide foot with midweight smartwool sock perfectly. My calf with the thickest pants I wear measures just under 17 inches at the boot top and I have some wiggle room which I like for comfort as well as appearance. The sole is such an improvement over my previous boots, a lighter pull on waterproof boot. I don't tend to get cold or cold feet and it is much warmer than it was so can't speak to that at this point but comfort wise over all the stuff I walk over … these make me feel sure-footed as well as no discomfort from sticks and rocks and hard ice.

Good, useful boots. Some things to be aware of:

Love these boots. I ordered a half size down, as other reviewers recommended. Fit me well, keeps the water out, warm, and a good length. I use them primary for going out with my dog, and for yard work.A couple of things that I've found (not really bad, just be aware) :It is hard to clean the "muck" off the bottoms. Or, when the "muck" gets higher up. I've scraped with sticks, run under the tap, wiped down. I don't use the hose now because I've got my outside taps turned off for the winter. Still doesn't seem to get everything. So, if you can keep these outside or in a mud room, probably best. I don't have a mud room. Sigh. Maybe next house. The inner liners come out when I pull up my feet. This is not a deal breaker, but still something I deal with. All in all, still very happy with my purchase, and I'd recommend them.

These boots keep my feet 100% warm and dry

I volunteer at an animal rescue mostly working with horses and some other 'barnyard' animals like donkeys and pigs. I bought these boots so that I could walk in mud and really in anything without worrying about it. I've now worn these in both warm weather and really cold weather, and work in paddocks that sometimes get super muddy to the point of your feet sinking above your ankle. These boots keep my feet 100% dry and warm, and when I'm done with my volunteer shift I just turn the hose on and spray them off before I get in my car. I'm glad I made the decision to pay a little more for these than basic rain boots, they are very hard working and I'm sure I'll have them forever.
