Way too short and very hard

I loved the size zipper which is why I ordered these. I wear an 8.5 so I got a 9. Soooo short and then the boot is so stiff and hard. No way was I going to order a 10 because they were so uncomfortable and hard.

Warm and comfortable

I bought these to wear around the house in winter but also for outside when I take the dog out for brief potty breaks. I also wanted something ankle high with a zipper. These are fashion boots so not made for outdoor winter activities like walking in the snow or wet, or prolonged periods of time outside when it's really cold. But they work well for what I need. There's fur lining around the ankles which is perfect, but no fur around the feet. There's a foam-type lining instead but it seems warm and comfortable. I usually take an 8 and have really skinny feet, but I did what most other reviewers recommended and went up a size to a 9. I'm glad I did. I wear them with Smartwool cushioned socks and they are snug fitting. Gave them a 4 instead of a 5 because the stitching on one boot interferes with the zipper, which can be seen in the photo. It still zips but gets stuck sometimes. Not necessarily a reason to return them as the boots work well otherwise, just not sure how that will effect the zipper in the long term. These boots were just about half the original price. Although I like them, I wouldn't pay full price for them.

These are NOT lined(as described)

I stead it is a liner, but not fur in the interior (only around the ankle) I don't mind faux fur, but of you say it's lined as such,it should be. The fit is true to size, the quality however is lacking.
