The gray ones are fantastic. The brown ones are totally ruined out of the box.

I bought these in gray and they were fantastic so I wanted the brown as well. I first purchased them from a different online retailer and they arrived severely damaged so I returned them. When I bought them from Amazon, they were the same--also damaged. The suede in the brown color is just totally destroyed, with large bare and light brown patches. The photo that you see as the default is a huge misrepresentation. If you look carefully at the other photos and zoom way in, particular photo taken from behind, you can see that the suede is "distressed" (ruined). In person, this damage is a LOT worse than in any of the photos. There are large bare patches in the suede that have rubbed off apparently from the side of the box -- these appear as a light brown or yellow on the boot. They can be seen from across the room. The boots don't look cool because of the damage, they look like you don't know how to take care of suede and they are just ruined. It's so disappointing because I would have loved to have had these in brown.

Super comfortable and cute!

I originally ordered these in my size and they were a little too snug. They exchanged them quickly with no hassel. I'm an 8.5 in American sizes, these come in European sizes which do not offer half sizes, so if you are a half size go to the next size up. Once I got the right size though, these are perfect! Super comfy, well constructed and fashionable. Highly recommend!
