It really is a narrow shoe
This shoe is beautiful and true 7 1/2 narrow and comfortable. The pointed toe is proportioned to fit narrow heel and narrow toe with enough space for function properly in walking—no squeezing. The heel is a perfect height for dress or pants. The color was as pictured online. I consider Naturalizer shoes to be expensive but I bought them on sale with extra discount. Would be worth the original price because of narrow width and quality of materials and construction. The only improvement I would like is a memory foam with arch support insole. I can add insole. I look forward to wearing these shoes for a long time.

Real leather and comfortable
My second pair of Banks. My first is a raspberry suede I’ve had for 6 years and I still wear. These are a natural color which blends well with my Nordic European skin tone.They are comfortable, true to size and, although have no arch support, still manage to be comfortable for a mule/slingback/pump style shoe. The short block heel is perfect for me.

Terrible quality, waste of money
Within six weeks (wearing once or twice a week,) a snapping/ clicking sound was made inside the heel as I walked. It was very noticeable and embarrassing. I took them to a shoe repair place and he said it would cost more than they were worth to fix them. Both pairs I boughtt (a nice pair and black) had the identical problem. It’s a snapping inside the heel. The repair guy said it’s happening in lots of shoes and that the quality for these more expensive brands has really diminished. I tried to get a refund but Amazon needed me to go through the naturalizer company. What a hassle! Never could get a person to talk to. Don’t buy them. They are a waste of money and the fact that it happened to both shoes and the repair man says it’s happening a lot, it wasn’t just my pair

Beautiful, sleek design by Naturalizer Shoes
I wanted to love these shoes. I am petite, 5'3", 118lbs. I purchased these shoes to wear to work, as well as to a few work events. After 6-7 wears, I noticed that the shoe did not seem like it was too stable. I felt like it could not hold my weight as I walked, and like I would topple over if I walked too fast. Then the shoe began to make a squeaky sound when walking. It seems like it has to do with the manufacturing. I was going to still find a way to make it work with these shoes, but the final straw was when I accidentally scraped them when I opened a door. I noticed that the leather on the shoe seemed to be a very thin coating and beneath it was a cork like layer. I was disappointed to have to throw these shoes out after a month and a half. I would be willing to paying a bit more for these shoes if they were made of higher-quality leather and were sturdier (with no squeaks). Naturalizer: please consider making your shoes of higher quality material. I love the design and pointed toe on this shoe.
