Runs large - order a half size up

I love these shoes. I needed a slip-on I could wear to work that was comfortable but not too ugly. This works wonderfully. I originally bought the same shoe in another pattern and color. Since my feet have always fit in 9's and sometimes needed a 9 1/2 I felt confident with ordering my usual size. Unfortunately, those shoes flopped off my feet. But since the cushion was better than anything I had used before, I decided to order these in 8.5. They fit perfectly! My only complaint is these shoes in black are seeming to get worn on the top of the toe area. I get on the ground a lot at my job so it's probably from rubbing on the ground but I'm still a little disappointed. These shoes are a little on the expensive side so I would have liked them to stay looking nice a little longer.

Great shoe, except for the label

I agree with another reviewer about the discomfort of the huge label on the heel. That was a poor manufacturing decision on the company’s part. It takes away from the overall comfort of the complete fur lining for those of us hoping to wear without socks, and can’t be removed unless you want to step on sticky glue. That said, it fits well, comfortable out of the box and continues with wear. I find the tan beige (oatmeal) color to be stylish and it’s not the easiest color to find, especially offered in wide, so I’m happy.

FINALLY!

I have been working in retail for years, including my last 6 years at a large home-improvement warehouse store. The floor is cement, and my feet are in terrible shape...I've developed arthritis, the works. I have been trying for ages to find shoes that will ease the beating that my feet take everyday. They are comfortable on my wide, duck-like feet (and for once, I didn't have to go up a size to accommodate my feet width...years of standing and having babies collapsed my poor arches). They are cushioned so that my heels don't feel like hot pokers are sticking up through them. And they are actually kind of cute (not my taste so much, but I get compliments). The arch support isn't perfect, but it is better than I thought it would be!So in a nutshell, if you need shoes for standing in all day, I recommend you try these gals out. I actually came back here to find a different color, and thought I'd throw in my two cents. Give them a try!

A great basic slip-on

In 2019 I discovered this style in searching for a slip-on. I have the "narrow foot" problem and reviews indicated this was a good choice but advised ordering down a half size. I usually wear an 8 or an 8 1/2 in a closed shoe so I ordered the 7 1/2 N and it fit quite good. Only slight negative would be that the toe box depth seems a bit shy but that has improved with wearing. This is the 3rd color I've purchased in this style and the fit is very consistent. The shoe is comfortable with adequate padding on the insole. The area at the ball of the foot is narrow but adequate to accommodate some early bunions and the width of the heel is narrow--stays on well and no gaping. It was great to find in basic black with the white sole--and it is leather!!

Do NOT buy the black version of these shoes! The color bleeds like crazy. The moment I washed them, the dye came off everywhere — even my hands were stained just by touching them, and it was very hard to wash off. If I had realized they couldn’t even come into contact with water, I would have returned them immediately!
