Better Quality than more Expensive Brands!
I love these shoes! For years, I have been on a side quest to find the best white sneakers that don't make my feet look too large (*cough* Veja). I wear a size 7 and the sizing was perfect for me, even with my left foot being slightly larger. I wore these on a trip for work and ended up wearing them with business clothing and still felt cute and put together. They are so much more comfortable than other sneakers I have tried, they actually have padding. I struggle with cramps if I wear too flat of shoes for a long period of time, these do not cause any issues and don't need breaking in. They are affordable enough that I can easily replace them when they get beaten up over many uses. I will re-purchase these, I wish I had found them sooner!

Great shoes for office in winter! They pair well with dress pants. I have tried different leather sneakers, but these ones offer the most comfortable fit. Takes almost no time to break in. I usually wear 5.5, but ordered 6 this time, so my thick winter socks can fit in. I'm happy with the purchase. I only wish the company also makes all white leather model.

Ordered the 8W and by no means too wide especially in the toe box. A small amount of rubbing on left big toe. I'll use a bandaid if doing a lot of walking. These are soft and comfy right out of the box. Look and feel like leather and not too shiny. The right heal slipped a bit but solved that issue with a heel insert (fits around inside of heel area; I use them frequently).

I ordered the black leather in size 9 Wide (my normal size). They fit perfect. I absolutely love these shoes! I’d been searching for a pair of black leather sneakers that I could dress up to wear to work, but also comfortable enough to walk around in. These are it!I’ve had these shoes for a little over 3 months, and wear them at least 2 times a week. I have not cleaned them, so the pictures should give you a good idea of how they hold up after 3+ months of wear without being cleaned. They’ve held up very well. I bet if I cleaned them they’d look pretty much brand new.These shoes are SO COMFORTABLE. I walked over 3 miles in one day while wearing these shoes and they were comfortable and never hurt my feet. They are supportive and feel like soft suede on the inside. It has a medium arch support in my opinion. I have high arches and these are very comfortable for me.They aren’t heavy or clunky like some leather shoes, and they have a good amount of flexibility. The sole has good support and I’ve never slipped in these shoes even when walking on wet surfaces or in rain.I swapped the regular shoes laces these come with for some black satin shoelaces (also from Amazon). I think the satin laces dress them up and look more polished.I’ve been looking for a comfy pair of black leather shoes for a long time, and these are the BEST. I will definitely be reordering another pair when this pair gets worn out.

Poor quality, poor customer service. Waste of money.
I ordered these shoes in February for a trip. Wore them to make sure they would be comfortable, found that I liked them alot. Unfortunately, the sole has separated from the upper part of the shoe this week, along with the Amazon deadline for returns which was March 22. I of course went through the process offered on my order to contact Naturalizer directly. When I spoke with the Customer Service rep, she stated they couldn't help me since it was sent by Amazon. Also, if she walked me through the return process to get replacement, it would be 5 weeks. I always find it interesting that manufacturers can bill and ship immediately (and use Amazon to process more sales) but sure can't help you with THEIR defective products. I have been a repeat Naturalizer fan, but won't be ordering any of their products in the future. I'm understanding when something goes wrong when a company is willing to make things right. I'm not tolerant when they skirt responsibility.
