Bought it for a wedding! I haven’t had to wear heels in a long time and this was surprisingly comfortable! It gave me the right height I needed and the platform was thick but not bulky! Love the classic style and straps don’t give me blisters like I thought they would! Highly recommend!
This is my second pair of these heels. I have always struggled to find heels that felt comfortable standing for long periods of time. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and wore these from 11 am until 10 pm without any complaints. It was a Catholic ceremony and we stood for the full 1.5 hours, plus we had photos and a standing only cocktail hour. They are extremely comfortable and classic. My foot doesn’t feel squeezed into place and the treads make it easy to walk on marble or slick floors. These are my new staple heel! Get them! Get them! Get them!
Love these. Very comfortable for heel height and for someone who is in flip flops or sneakers 99% of the time.
I love the color and style. These are not as comfortable as some of my other Naturalizer pairs.
I have a size 8W (C) foot. I have been searching for over a year for the perfect variation on this type of 2-piece ankle strap high heeled sandal and I finally found everything I wanted in the Naturalizer ‘Joy’ sandal. I purchased the 8W and it fit my foot perfectly. That was a happy surprise because I usually have to size up anywhere from a half size to a full size and a half in a lot of M width shoes just to get a halfway comfortable fit. These definitely do fit true to size and the straps do not bite into my toes or ankles. I found it to be extremely comfortable to walk around in as well. I can go as high as a 4” heel before I feel unstable or like I’m teetering, so the 3-3/4” heel with the 1/2” platform gave me the same look of the heel height I like, without feeling “too” high. I love that this shoe: 1. Is real leather. - it makes it incredibly soft on the foot 2. Comes in a wide width 3. Has a 3-3/4” slender block heel 4. Has a platform sole 5. Has a fashionable squared toe (for my stubby little toes!). All of these points together add up to one comfortable shoe! I first bought the Barely Nude Leather and was so happy with them straight out of the box that I went ahead and also ordered them in the black (an everyday must!), the metallic pewter (hello red carpet!), and the bordo crocodile leather (I will definitely be rocking those chocolate brown stunners come Fall). I’m so happy I found these. They were definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend.
Look great. Fit true to size. Maybe a bit heavy. All things I can deal with. I cannot deal with the buckle stretching through the elastic 25 minutes into an event(away from home, too late to change) and chewing a hole in both outsides of my upper ankle. Incredibly disappointing as clearly it is a QC issue - many people enjoy their shoes with no problems.
Great sandal! These are so comfortable for walking and dancing. I have wide feet; most of the time in running shoes I wear 8.5 wide, but the 8 wide in these fit me best. I was concerned they might look a little matronly, but they don't at all, they are just a simple, flattering, versatile shoe.
