Velcro could be stronger.
A little long. I added a white shoe insert and it was fine. Comfortable. My only compliment is the strap on the left shoe became undone and when I got up and started walking that's when I noticed. I had to stop and remove the shoe because the strap was completely out of the metal connector. I replaced and could walk. Wore once for 4 hours while mainly sitting. I wouldn't wear for a lot of walking. Church would be good or sit down job.

Terrible quality! Very disappointed!
Terrible quality. My daughter had these shoes less than three weeks and the bottoms literally pulled apart from show. Return window closed through Amazon so we had to deal with Naturalizer product support and customer service has been awful.

Comfortable

Tricky on Sizing! Run Narrow.
I'm writing this review to try to save you from the two returns I had to make before finally getting the correct size on this shoe. In my retirement I work as a French speaking stewardess. Close to ten hours on your feet, plus hours and hours of walking around Paris, is a lot for a pair of well-used 58 year old feet with a matching set of bunions (YUCK!) and some persistent problems with pain under the ball of my left foot. Finding a shoe that is comfortable on board, doesn't look like an ugly granny shoe, AND that gives my 5'1" frame a height boost is not an easy task! These shoes were really looking like they could fit that tall order, but the sizing is really a bit challenging. So to try to help you avoid ending up with a credit at the Naturalizer store plus one at Amazon (which isn't really like getting your money back afterall), here's what I can tell you: I normally wear a size 6, and despite bunions, have never ordered a shoe in wide. -And this has never been a problem, until this shoe. The size recommended was a 6.5, and since the Mary Jane style does allow you to have a little extra room, I tried 6.5 regular to start. It was too big, at least I thought it was, but also a little narrow. I then tried a 6.5 wide. That was way too big. Third time is a charm with a size 6 WIDE. Based on my ordering experience (and persistence!) I would say these run true to size in terms of length, but they are narrow. I never need a wide shoe, but with these, yes. Apart from the difficulties finding the right fit, I will say these have a cushioned, supportive insoles. They offer great support if you're on your feet for a long time. Best part for me is they really do give a good height boost with the chunky-ish heel, but they don't look overly chunky like so many of the loafers I see the younger flight attendants wearing these days. These shoes are even stylish enough, I dare say I may walk around Paris on layovers in them! I think they work well with capris, even skirts. With full length pants they look okay as well. (Sorry you're seeing them modeled with my pajamas this morning, on a rainy sit by the fire morning.) I recommend these shoes. You just have to be careful on size. If you have ANY issues with feet such as mine, highly recommend you order the wide. And if you are sort of between sizes, order up. However, for myself, they run true to my normal size.

These are really comfy! The wide foot bed leaves me enough room to wear thick socks and accommodate end-of-day foot swelling! Per reviews, I ordered a little bit bigger, and that ended up paying off (I usually wear an 8 1/2 but purchased a 9).

odd fit
Some context for my shoe wear: I wear size 10 shoes and have wide feet so will usually buy 10W or try my luck with medium width. The widest part of my foot is near the front of the foot by my toes. I have never needed a lot of arch support and do seek out shoes that are as close to being barefoot or in slippers as possible.I have been trying to find a lug sole loafer of platform that would work well on rainy days. These shoes came really close but didn't quite hit the mark. The shoe is super cute and I always love a mary-jane style. The toe box is roomy and the shoes were comfortable. But even at the tightest fastening on the strap my heel slipped out of the back of each shoe.I think for people who find these shoes comfortable they would be a great value but I'm not that person and, in fact, may not have feet built for loafer style shoes.
