It’s getting 3 stars because I really like them and would’ve kept them but they had already been worn. It also looks like they were worn more than once. I have asked for a replacement pair.Hopefully the new pair is fine. I like them a lot. I like the beige with the cream design. They have good arch support. Another customer said they were too clunky, which I can see, but I like clunky and chunky shoes.Update. I received a brand new pair after I returned the first worn pair. They are great. Comfortable and not heavy. Highly recommend

I have had these sandals for only 4 months and the rose gold material on the ankle strap is cracking. Not only that, I haven’t really worn them that much, maybe 15 times at the most.
