Extra spikes not in box, no easy find replacements for reasonable price. Hugo difficult to contact.
After less than a hour usage half of the spikes fell out and the spares as advertised were not in the box. The spikes are specific to Neos for a nominal price but shipping as $38.00. On checking the remaining spikes I found that most of them were loose. This issue was not pre-warned nor did I found a site to get a new set of spike for a reasonable price. Otherwise, the overshoes worked as anticipated, with easy off and on.
