These boots run narrow unlike other boots on the market

Great looking boots, very comfortable, super lightweight but they run very narrow. I’ve been buying my work boots in a regular Mens 9.5( .5 smaller than my shoe size) for the longest and never had an issue because work boots usually run wide because of the toe protection. But not these. So order them in your size just wide. Ordered them in the 9.5 Mens Wide and they fit perfect. Great quality, very lightweight. Love them!

Comfortable

I wear a size 16 shoe. These are very heavy. Not very attractive. But they are a solid well made shoes thast is very comfortable. I wear braces so having a toe compartment large enough for my brace was important. These worked out great. They do not have any of that crappy woven material to wear out so I am expecting this leather or fake leather shoes to last a long time.

My boyfriend loves his, They are perfect yet my feet still hurt

Review update: all my issues were the result of user error and medical issuesbroke down and went to Dr who believes I pulled and aggrevated my ankle muscle while wearing the thinner sole shoes, my Ortho ordered x-rays and a growing bone spur on my heel was discovered so the pain in my feet have nothing to do with the newbalance shoes.I now where a pair of ankle socks and no more rubbing my skin of the back of my ankle and 2pair of socks cushions my little toe from the composite toes......and my feet feel better even knowing I have ongoing medical issues causing them pain and discomfortOriginal review:First off.....I have actually medically diagnosed feet issues so please remember this when your reading my reviewMy mom (yes I'm almost 39 but when my ex husband of 17 years left with all our money and items of value while kidnapping our kids I did break down and ask my mom for help) spent $3k buying me super fancyshoe inserts that actually helped my feet feel better, I've had them for a couple years now and it's been life-changingI was taking this for granted and buying cheapwalmart boots for my warehouse job unaware newbalance (the brand recommended by past podiatrist) made boots so when I found them on sale and further clearances cause it didn't come in the original box I jumped on them, they were the same price if not less than 2 pair of the cheap Walmart boots that only lasted about 3 months before completely falling apartA coworker ordered the wrong size of a different brand of shoes and gave them to me, the soles were industeuctible and flexible but still so thin my feet instantly hated them on the plants concrete floors so when I found these boots I jumped on them and I do not regret to t but t it has been almost a week of wearing them and my feet still hurt despite the snug and firm fit making them feel amazingThe composit soul rubs on my baby toe and I honestly regret not spending more time breaking them in so that is my faultOn a positive note, my 50 something year I old boyfriend loved how mine looked so much he had me buy him a pair, his first ts perfectly, no rubbing Ng toes, did nothing to break them in and has had absolutely not foot pain at all.....so yeah, that's a punch in the gut for me that my feet are such premadannas

Extremely uncomfortable and caused pain

Wore around the house at first and they felt great. When I wore to work for 12 hours, they hurt my feet and were extremely uncomfortable. I tried them for three days straight, but I was in excruciating pain. Very disappointing for New Balance—I don’t normally say anything negative about the brand.

Most comfortable. Least resilient.

Finding a wide enough size 16 boot is real crap. These broke in within about 3 days and feel the best out of the 7 years I've cycled though work boots for standing on concrete 6-7 days a week.Update. Purchased April 11 2019Is now November 19th 2019. While they are still the most comfortable work boot I own they don't even last the entire years time that is required by my company for them to reimburse me for safety equipment. The break in period and comfort in wide foot are glorious but the thin leather and certain places of agressive wear in the bend areas are completely separated and are going to suck all winter to have wet feet if I don't replace them now that it's snow season in Michigan. It's a hard buy for me to spend another hundred dollars for a pair of boots that won't last a full year of wear.
