Poor quality! Not what I’m used to with New Balance

I really like New Balance. Over half of the shoes I wear and buy are New Balance. These are very comfortable and the bottoms have great grip. But boy was I surprised when they started coming apart on me. I only wear these shoes once a week for 2 hours at a time. Typically indoors or on outdoor tennis/basketball courts. I have owned and used them for 6 months but they started showing these signs of wear after just 6 weeks. I expect to get more use out of a shoe before it shows this type of wear and tear.

Be careful with these cloth shoes

I have been wearing New Balance shoes for many years now and for 99.9% of the time they've been high quality and comfortable shoes but, unfortunately this particular pair of shoes began to disintegrate on the sides of the shoe around the outsides by my little toe. And despite my attempt to repair them by sewing up the areas of the fabric that was coming apart and leaving increasingly large and obvious holes in those places, the patch job only delayed the inevitable.Sadly I must give this model of New Balance shoes a low score based on the unfortunate low quality in my personal opinion because these are legitimately the 1st pair that have ever begun falling apart within literally the 1st month of wearing them.I'm going to give New Balance the benefit of the doubt and order a different model and hope that the new ones live up to their previous hearty standard that I've become accustomed to.But if those too fare the same outcome, I'm afraid I may have to sadly move on away from New Balance altogether and simply find a new brand of shoe to wear.I will post a followup to this review and let everyone know the outcome because I genuinely believe that it's incredibly important to keep people informed so they can spend their money more wisely and also hold New Balance accountable and hopefully encourage them to spend a little more time and effort on their overall quality control because I'd honestly hate to see an American company with what were once high quality American made products go down this way!!Godspeed & God bless everyone and please, make sure to really do your own research and due diligence in terms of carefully checking into the customer reviews before mindlessly giving your money to a company for potentially shoddy products!
