They are a much brighter color than shown in the picture (in a good way!). They are very high quality spikes, and are definitely a great choice for beginner/middle level runners! They feel great on both dirt and track surface, making them a great option for cross country and track. Worth every penny!
Bought these for my son who runs XC for his high school, he loves them! He will hopefully use for track as well. Comfortable to run in according to him, true to size. i personally love the color, which is easy to spot from afar :D . My younger son is a XC runner so next season we might purchase these for him too. Plus he can wear for track too, so yay double use. So as a parent who budgets this is very helpful. We just need to buy spikes to replace
Bought these for my granddaughter as she is running cross country. She loves them and the size was true fit for her. Nice quality and very comfortable
Item runs two sizes smaller we ordered a 7.5 women’s they was more of a 5.5 or a 6
Great Cross country shoes and for the price it was at a good price and it fit like a glove and it very comfortable if you are running cross country and when you are running it is very soft but needs a little work but it still good and it very durability if you are running up a hill it grabs the ground and pulls you up
Spikes seem small but they made difference in cross country time vs higher end trail running shoes.
I'm giving it a three because the size was much smaller than what was listed. If you want to purchase this, I would get a half a size to a full size larger. I had to return the pair!
