Great quality shoe for kids. Light weight, comfortable, and true arch support for growing feet. I would much recommend these over Nike due to their durability. These are true to size, however if you go half size or full size up they are not too big.

We love these sneakers and just keep buying them! They’re super easy for the kids to put on themselves, and they love the springy bounce they feel. It’s a great quality shoe, comfortable in every way, they’re super cute, and they last until the kids grow out of them!
If you’re looking for great shoes for an older big kid, these are great! I purchased a size 7-wide for my 9 year old. The style is great, weight of the shoe is perfect and has a very easy closure. New Balance shoes are perfect for any kids that do not wear a regular width. I had also purchased a pair of Adidas sneakers and Nike. Both hurt the top of his feet. Great choice!
Good quality kids show, typically for the price range. Can be washed ok. Will wear out just as fast as other shoes, so if your looking for something that will extra long these are not the choice.

I've ordered these shoes multiple times in multiple colors and sizes over the years. My daughter has a disability, wears orthotics, and has trouble tying shoes so these are (usually) a godsend. Every pair we've had, the velcroed strap attaches to itself, so the shoe fastening offers a lot of versatility.Two months ago I noticed her size was running low so I bought these black ones. I put them on a shelf (we switch her sneakers every 6 months). Gave them to her yesterday, she put them on, and she wore them while we ran some errands...and they wouldn't stay closed.I realized why: the strap velcroes to the shoe, not to itself (and as all the other pairs have). Because of her orthotics and foot shape, the velcro strap of this black pair is too short and won't reach the patch of velcro on the other side enough to stay closed. Because the strap doesn't velcro to itself (as all the other pairs have done), the strap is too short and these shoes won't stay on.And of course, I'm past the return window. Hoping someone else can learn from our experience--check the shoes immediately to make sure they close the way your kiddo needs.
