Love em!
I appreciate that New Balance makes wide shoes, and when they call it wide they make it wide. These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, and that is true independently of the massive cushioning. The upper is perfectly suited to my feet, slightly narrow at the heel and ankle, wide and loose at the instep and roomy in the toe box. Few shoes are this roomy in the forefoot without feeling too big and floppy.I don’t enjoy this much cushioning for all day wear, but it is ideal for recovery. Running feels great in these as well, surprisingly so.

Most Comfortable Sneaker Ever
I have severe over-pronation in both feet. My doctor has recommended surgery they are so bad. I was looking for a sneaker with good support, a deep enough heel base that I could put my orthotics in and wear a brace and more importantly, I wanted something stylish that didn't look like it came from a specialty shoe store. I have tried a few other sneakers that were recommended by doctors, but they would hurt my feet and ankles by the end of the day. These sneakers feel like I'm walking on a cloud. It's the first time in a long time I can walk for a good length of time. I bought a second pair, but it seems as though NB is phasing this style out and replacing it with the V4, which I may try, but don't like the look of the extra stacked sole. If you have problematic feet, try these. They have really changed my life.

Amazing shoe, only outdone by the newer v4
When I broke my foot, my sports ortho said getting this model NB or Hoka would allow me to get back into activity quicker (along with a carbon plate) due to the wedge drop from back to front allowing momentum to roll forward and then the raised front allowing that rollout to continue, which minimizes impact. The wedge shape also allowed more cushion in the back further reducing impact during a stride. That was the fresh foam more v1. It was a game changer and allowed me to run through the broken foot and other knee injuries that otherwise would've put me out. When both of my v1's wore out the v3 was out so I tried those and they were a huge leap forward which I didn't know was possible. I'm now in these v4's and they are even better yet! It's not as big a difference as it was going v1 to v3, but it's still noticable and highly recommended if you want to stay active but can't take the impact due to injuries or conditions. I recommended them to a highschool student that was very fast on her track team and set to get a track scholarship, but due to an unrelated injury could no longer run. After getting these she's back in it and looking to continue in college. I can't overstate how awesome these shoes are.Sizing:I have both the Men's 11 and Women's 12W and they fit the same. Both are 'D' width. NB has a chart on their website of their widths, so if you cross reference then couple that with the knowledge that there's one number difference in size between their mens and womens, you can use that to go with whichever is on sale. For example, I got the women's 12D for $89 on amazon where the men's 11 was $159. (Normally men and women have a difference of 2 between their sizes, so a woman's 10 should be a men's 8, but with NB, or at least this model of NB, the women's 10 is a men's 9.)

Great shoe but used
This is a great shoe. Very comfortable. I have plantar fasciitis, rehabbing from a torn tendon and Achilles tendinitis. This shoe provides me with a lot of support and cushion and something that I can wear without pain. I am able to wear these without my support insoles, So I would say they provide a lot of instep support. I wish that I was provided a brand new pair as opposed to a used pair. I needed the shoes ASAP so I didn’t have a opportunity to return and wait for another pair to come. True to size

Extremely Comfortable for Painful Feet
I’ve tried plenty of shoes and insoles and after an hour or two, my feet hurt SO badly. I gave these a try and I have ordered two since. I’m on my feet at work, walking 12k+ steps a day. Of course with that much work my feet will feel tired, but these shoes are a saving grace. My feet don’t hurt like they used to and subsequently I’m much more productive at work. With how much use I get out of them, they only last me about 6 months, but that’s to be expected with the miles I put on them. My old pair is still used for less-taxing activities and around the house use. Could not recommend more if your feet hurt on a daily basis. These are a game changer for me.

GREAT shoe but size up
I LOVE my new pink shoes. They were definitely on the pricey side, but I have knee and hip issues and needed to make sure that I had as much support as possible. I am usually a size 9 - 9.5, depending on the maker. I just happened to have a pair of older NB shoes that I bought in person at the mall, so I know that I am a 10 when it comes to NB. These fit perfectly, are super soft and springy, and I feel like I'm doing my knees a huge favor by wearing them. They DO feel a little strange at first with the higher and wider sole, but they are so lightweight, it's not an issue. I'm actually excited about walking again!

I love these shoes
Update: So after walking more with my custom orthodics in, these shoes don't work with them after all. The toebox is too shallow to accommodate the little bit of added height, and my toe and bunion were in pain. I'll need to find some thin, good, insoles once the cheap foam ones that come with the shoes don't work anymore.Also, after walking more, I've found that it's a little bit of a struggle to walk fast. The sole is just so high. Normal walking is good, but these high foam soles drag me back when I want to walk fast._____________________So far so good! These are like walking on clouds, and very lightweight. They're deep enough for orthodics. They fit well. I'm really loving them. Plus I really like the washed henna color. These and the New Balance 990 are my favorites so far. I changed the shoelaces to elastic ones, too bad there aren't matching color elastic laces. The original laces do have a tiny stretch to them, but not enough.
