Great non-slip shoes but......
Please order 3 sizes up!!!!!!!!!! These shoes are wonderful and iv never slipped at work as I am in the food business but for some reason they run extremely small!!!!!! I ordered a size 10 (which is my size) and my toes were crunched!!! Sent them back and got an 11 which fit better but my toes are still a little crunched but I had to keep them due to me starting my job the next day and didn't have time to wait on a 12! Great shoes otherwise!!!

These shoes are the worst. So when I first purchased these I really thought I bought the wrong size. The toes narrow like big time. I ended up with blisters and feet aching and throbbing, and I have a really weird high tolerance for pain. But anyway, I wore them to work where there's blood and I felt it would be unethical for me to return them. So I wore them as my "dirty job" shoes. They're also super thin, like stub your toe and it feels like you're just wearing socks thin. I got used to it though, still hurt like a mother at times.I decided to try another pair. I ordered a size up AND got wide. I do not have wide feet at all. I swear they sent me the same size. But again I wore them to work. Sure enough when I got home.they were the same size and code as the ones I purchased the first time. Nothing indicated wide. I ended up throwing them away. Not worth the blisters and pain.

Great, supportive sneakers but run small.
These run small. I have 4 other pairs of new balance sneakers, 2 are size 6.5 and 2 are size 7. I initially ordered these in a 7 and they were snug. I then ordered a 7.5 and they were much better. The support and feel is similar to their trail running sneakers, and there is also a similar break-in period. The non-slip soles are better than many brands I have tried. All around, great sneakers for running around on your feet for hours.

Comfortable, light, slightly hot.
These shoes are very comfortable. I’ve been looking for a shoe that won’t hurt me during tennis play and I used to wear Adidas which were extremely heavy and painful to my feet until I found these shoes.They are super light and comfortable and give me no pain even after an hour on the court. I’m tempted to wear them outside of the court too!The only two cons I found are that these shoes are pretty hot, and that the back rubs on behind my ankle creating a blister. I just wear a large bandaid and have no problems.

Meh, very small and narrow!
These did not hurt my feet after standing all day, however they are made completely small width wise. I even went up a size and got the wide fit and they are tight! Instantly gave the back of my foot blisters. Ordered a 7W, I normally take a 6.5W. This seems to be how NB has been lately the last few years. Figured I’d give the a try for a good brand non slip show.. sadly despite them being great for restaurant work and not hurting from walking, their sizing absolutely sucks!

Have you ever pulled a brand new pair of shoes out of the box put them on and went to work with out “breaking them in” these shoes you 100% can! NIKES LAST ME ABOUT 4-6 months THESE LAST ME ABOUT 9-11 months. I was not sure I would like them for how thin the sole is but they are amazing! I work in a fast paced Gas station/kitchen. I have almost no hip pain and low back pain after shift with these shoes! THESE ARE REALLY WATER PROOF!

Great shoe but size up!
Very comfortable light weight great for restaurants BOH and FOH . Stylish as well. Only down fall is I had to get 1 1/2 size up from my normal size so buy 2 sizes or 1 1/2 size up they run very small even wide they are small and narrow not intended for people with wide feet .
