Why did you pick this product vs others?:I tried on several pairs of trail runners, and these were by far the most comfortable (I would have bought them from the store where they fitted me, but they didn't have the black shoe in stock, so Amazon to the rescue.) I myself need a thick and cushioned sole, so I can see how some people would find these too thick, but for me they are perfect. I wore them on one hike so far, without breaking them in, and they already feel more comfortable than my other hiking shoes that I've been breaking in for months. I feel like I can walk forever in these, which will be helpful on my Mont Blanc Trail hike I'm doing in 2 weeks. Additionally, they are stylish and sleek, and I've received many compliments on their appearance. Comfy outdoor walking shoes
I had some New Balance Fresh foam shoes without the rugged sole and loved them!! But, they didn't hold up to outdoor walking on a track etc. So when I saw this version I was hopeful. I love these just as much! Super comfortable and I feel will hold up better than my other shoes since they have a more rugged bottom.

Great grip for trail running/hiking.
Super comfortable, lightweight and cute! They have great grip when on the trails! I recently slid and fell down an incline because my tennis shoes did not have sufficient grip, so I decided to invest in trail shoes. The difference between my regular tennis shoes and these is like night and day. I can traverse loose trails and inclines so much more safely now!

Cannot speak enough about how comfortable these sneakers are. I have bad knees and need support cushion and rise in my heel to keep my leg steady. I came across these sneakers because I am a New Balance avid user but these have now replaced my 1080 version 14 running sneaker. They are more comfortable.
