Expected new, got semi-new.
I bought this product, expecting a new-in-the-box pair of shoes. The shoes were delivered in unoriginal packaging, with minimal protection, and one of the shoelaces was broken, along with the original tags missing. They were also dirty. I don't blame New Balance for this issue, but I would be wary of Amazon sending out used products instead of brand-new items. I've heard of this happening to others, but didn't think it would ever happen to me.Otherwise, the shoes fit fine; I wanted something of good quality that would help me stay on my feet all day, and these appear to be able to do just that. I rely on my shoes to last quite a while - I can update later to see if these are up to the task. Even if the shoelaces weren't damaged, I'd recommend a replacement anyway - I usually replace my shoelaces with different ones, anyway.

Choice of widths
Love the color, fit and comfort.Not sure of the width sizing since there is no width chart. I ordered my usual size 8 in 3 different widths.My feet are 9.75” long and size 8 fits fine in length.My feet are 3.875” wide, with a 9.5” circumference at widest point, with a standard ankle sock.The standard width was too tight, the wide width fits perfectly. My order for the extra wide width was mistakenly sent as a wide width, yet I didn’t need it.I replaced the insoles, as my podiatrist prescribed Powerstep insoles with MET, full length, and these sneakers fit fine with these insoles.
