I'm a big NB fan - I peobably own 7 or 8 pairs. These shoes are very comfy, even after a workout when my feet are a bit more swollen. I have arthritis, even in my feet, and these shoes provide perfect comfort, cushion, and support for walking all the way through high impact workouts like kick boxing. I'm not a runner, so I can't comment on running quality...Oh, and the best part, for me at least, is that that they are cute! I love this color... I love these shoes so much that I'm buying the same pair in blue.Well done, new balance!

Solid running shoe
I'm not a marathoner or racer and don't even tend to consider myself a "runner," but I do generally get out for a 20-30 minute run a couple times a week. Maybe because I don't really think of myself as a runner, I'll buy new tires for my bike but I'm awful at replacing my sneakers regularly. But I recently ordered a couple pairs from Amazon (taking advantage of the free returns) and these were by far the best fit for my regular arch, regular width feet. I've also found I'm noticeably lighter on my feet since getting these. Again, this may be because my last pair were so overdue to be changed, but at least walking around my apartment, they were substantially lighter than the other sets I ordered (which included some "lightweight" Pumas and Asics). I'm also very satisfied with the price, color options and the relatively low heel. I'd happily plan my next replacement as another pair of these!

Lightweight and comfortable
To preface this review, I have only tried these shoes on and walked around the office a little bit. They are extremely comfortable, lightweight, and offer good support. I feel like they are well-cushioned and I can't wait to go for a run in them. The materials seem to be of good quality (no worries about them falling apart at the seams). I wasn't sure I'd be crazy about the fluorescent-colored laces, but they look good with the shoe. I do not have a problem with the laces being too short as other reviewers did. I would recommend these shoes to anyone.

Lightweight and comfy
This athletic shoe is light-weight, which makes it ideal for travel. I appreciate the roominess of a New Balance toe box. This shoe is very comfortable, with no break-in needed. So far I've been using them mainly for aerobics class and treadmill, and some about town. They look silver in the daylight, and a bit grayer when out of direct light. They have considerable detail, and look both stylish and somewhat conservative. The colors are very nice for outdoor walks in all seasons.

VERY COMFORTABLE AND I LOVE THE COLORS
These athletic shoes were everything I expected them to be. They looked better than the picture. The packaging they arrived in was excellent and I am keeping the flip lid box. If you like the rocker soles on your athletic shoe, this style is not for you. I am not a athletic shoe person, and I have a lot of tendon problems with my feet, so in my estimation, the rocker soles would create stress and more pain than I want to be troubled with. I find these New Balance shoes to be very comfortable and I wear them all day every day. I do experience a problem with the tongue of the shoes moving around. I don't know if this is because of my foot problems or an oversight that the shoe manufacturer should correct. Since I have no real experience with athletic shoes, I can't make a decision about this. The soles have a good tread. I like these shoes a lot.

Not happy with seller
I ordered these for my daughter because the podiatrist recommended this style for her feet issues and they were too tight in the front, even though her feet are not wide. I tried to email the seller to ask about a possible exchange but received no response. Very disappointing because these are hard to find. Plus I had to pay shipping to return them.

great walking shoe
Purchased these shoes as casual walking shoes. They have decent arch support (though I do have high arches) and are well made. The shoes feel like they are slightly raised on the outer sides of my feet. They are comfortable for walking moderate distances but would definitely not wear they for any long treks.
