This shoe is perfect for training because it keeps your feet flat yet still supports the arch. It does not need to be broken in. I used it to gym the day I got it and it exceeded my expectations. Comfortable, true to size, well made, amazing grip and traction, super flexible while giving enough room to walk. It’s also flat enough to lift heavy weights/ do free weights. highly recommend!I was on a hunt for a new workout / training shoes and I’m SO glad I found these! Comfortable general sneaker
Comfortable trainer or walking shoe and easy to wear with any outfit. Some of the threading has worn down along the seams but the shoe is still holding up perfectly fine. They seem just a bit more rigid and heavier than other running shoes

Perfect in-between shoe for CF
Perfect for my feet and it gives my toes lots of room. During crossfit workouts that involve running and lifting in the same workout, I can easily transition to the different movement whereas before I had to decide if I should wear my running shoes or shoes more stiff for lifting. These offer a happy medium between two types of shoes (perfect weight for what i was looking for). Only worried about ruining them as I'm not good in light colors, lol. Wish they had more color options.

Not true to size
