I honestly am really impressed with these shoes. Not stylish by any means, but they do look cute considering they're toe shoes. They are incredibly comfortable - I live in them. I was expecting some soreness, but I've been jogging in these & never got shin splints or issue with the material causing skin irritation. They are lightweight & so far have been slip resistant in rain, and the grip is perfect during workouts. They do tend to run a little big, so I recommend sizing down a half size. I'm usually a 7.5, got 7 & was happy about the decision. I've only worn them for about a week straight, mostly all day and they still look pretty new - I'm curious how long they will hold up with all the wear. The only minor gripe I have is the tightening mechanism for the laces. I haven't figured out how to get them loose again & afraid I tightened them more than I should have. Otherwise, so glad I bought them! I'll likely get another pair in different color.

great footwear will take some adjusting to get used to
The fabric is nice an breathable i feel it is thin but these are my first pair. My pinky toe has issues finding the pinky toe part since my toe is curled down an under my ring toe. Unfortunately i did buy a half size to big but ive worn them around anyway to get a feel for them. these definitely allow your feel to feel everything! My feel are hurting from the freedom from typical footwear which i was told by a friend is normal when you start wearing these. he said give it a couple weeks to a month an your feet will adjust to them making them a more comfortable. since we wear shoes an boots all the time the foot is not used to having its full functionality so bear through the pain an let your body adjust. i will continue to wear them an update in future. When you put them on the round cap on the top is to tighten them by twisting clockwise it will pull the strings built in an secure them to your feet. to release them pull out on the button an the mechanism will release the tension on the strings freeing up your feet. I feel they are durable. the style is nice. the toes have a style of grip to them that says try climbing with me. Size wise i goofed up an ordered wrong one but i will order the correct size at a later date. i definitely feel these are well worth the money! The socks are thin an feel nice. they are definitely soft and the bonus of having a heel to them too is pretty cool.

Great for hiking and the beach
I’ve worn these shoes several times in the last three weeks, and I’ve put some serious miles on them. I have no less than 100 miles while biking, around 50 miles walking mixed terrain trails, and at least 25 miles while walking the beach.I’ve never worn shoes that have received this much of mixed attention. Some people have real questions on how they fit, feel, and genuinely want to know my opinions on them. Some people simply say they could never wear something like this. Other people have actual disgust and hatred towards them.Back to fit and feel. I ordered 9.5, because I wear a men’s size 9.5 to 10. While they fit well, I could have easily went down to a 9.0 or possibly 8.5. Even being a bit large at no time have they been uncomfortable.Because my pinky toes curl in a little bit, they’re not a slip on / slip off type shoe. If some of your little piggies go this way and others go that way I’d suggest buying toe socks before going in on toe shoes. That will give you a little taste of how difficult they’ll be, or not be, for your feet.While hiking mixed trials they’ve done extremely well. Uphill, downhill, or on flat land… they grip well and walking on pebbles or roots are no problem. They feel more like regular shoes.My favorite is when walking on the beach. The sugar sand between the dunes and hardpack can be so hot it blisters your feet. With these shoes its no problem. Also, while walking the hardpack you don’t have to worry about stepping on shells or other debris. If you walk the water line sand will get in, but it easily washes out with the waves.Do I recommend these? Yes. They are great for hiking, general walking, or even around the yard.
