They look great , fit just a little big but not too to big. Only other kind of downside they’re not as red as in the pictures online. Other than that though they look great and pretty comfortable whenever I tried them on. The insoles they came with are impressive.
Great quality & attention to detail. The camo leather came with a floral pattern pressed in, which I was not expecting. Looks great. (The bronze vampire boot beads I added are by a custom maker named Santi.) I'm looking forward to putting some miles on these babies. New Rock knows how to make boots!
For reference... I bought a size 40 first, which was far too small. It would not fit onto my foot. What I hadn't taken into consideration was that while the base (if I turned the boot upside down) did more or less, almost match the size of my foot... I didn't consider that the zip on the side not going 100% of the way down (more like only 98%) means that the boot size does need to be bigger.... and it's a boot - which is not as forgiving as a lace up shoe.I then bought a size 43. This actually fits me. It is still a tight fit - trying to get my foot in (the thin sock stretches a little as I wiggle my foot in), but I think I might gain those few extra millimeters as the leather wears in. Now... if you're wondering what size shoe I usually wear.... I have a pair of CAT Intruder shoes which are a tight but comfortable fit of size 8 US Men / 9.5 US Women (7 UK Men / 8 UK Women or 41 EUR / 27cm). My Brooks Adrenalin running shoes tight but comfortable fit are 9.5 USA Men (8.5 UK / 43 EUR / 27.5cm). My ankle high, lace up CAT leather boots (3-eyelets, 2-hooks,1-eyelet configuration) are a size 8 USA Men (7 UK / 41 EUR). What I am trying to tell you is that if you wear the same shoe size as I do - then you can only go with a size 43.If I recall - the pair of exactly the same New Rock boots I owned about 6 to 8 years ago was a size 42, tried on in-store - and were a great snug and comfortable fit (I can't recall the feeling when I first tried them on - how tight they might have been). My feet may have grown a little since then.I hope that helps someone out when they're trying to decide on the size when buying online.
These are honestly the most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn! Feels light to walk in, but sturdy! The quality is amazing, love the details on them and the shipping was very quick! The only thing was the box got a bit banged up in transit but the shoes were safe!
